What character strength do you value the most and why? 
The character strength I value the most is love! That is because I truly love everyone! Growing up I have always said “I love you” as I left a family member's house or hung up the phone and that has just stuck with me my whole life. It may seem weird but I say “I love you” to random people. You just do not know when it can make someone's day or put a smile on their face. I know it is not the norm but that is just how I was raised, which is just to show love to people not just through the day but throughout life!

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 
My top character strengths of kindness, love, and humor are just the focal points of my personality. Kindness allows me to approach interactions with empathy and compassion. Love motivates me to make a meaningful impact and fosters a sense of community and belonging among those involved with the foundation. Lastly, humor can be a powerful tool in building connections within TMF and beyond. These three strengths allow me to authentically be myself but also support the people around me by showing up for them. Which is something I will continue to do!

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
What I enjoy the most is being able to make a difference. Whether that is big or small, that little difference can go a long way for someone. Another thing would be building connections. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. It can be very powerful and I always learn something new or take something away from meeting new people!
