My top character strengths help me in my work at TMF because it allows me to instill empathy, kindness and humility. I understand that everyone should have the same opportunities and I know that my support role is vital in achieving that.
What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
I enjoy working with veterans and survivors because it allows me to know their stories. I am consistently moved by their strength and resiliency.
