Please join TMF and Hope Valley Ruck Club/Churham F3 in the annual celebration of regional F3 group formation, known as "The Bull", which incorporates a traveling series of workouts throughout the city. There are groups that are running and rucking to the various workouts. We will incorporate the TMF Op Legacy project by using a bag of donated goods for the Durham Rescue Mission as an ‘admission’ fee for the workout. The crew that is rucking will be then carrying donations to the Durham Rescue Mission.
There is a separate beatification of a dog parkduring the event as well.
