Join your community on Saturday, September 12 at 8:30 AM at Audubon Park for the 2026 New Orleans 9/11 Heroes Run.
The 2026 9/11 Heroes Run 5K welcomes runners, ruckers, and walkers of all ages and fitness levels to commemorate the 25th anniversary of 9/11 and honor the heroes who stepped up to serve that day and in the wars that followed. This event helps ensure future generations understand the significance of September 11, 2001, and continue to honor our first responders and service members for years to come.

12 September Race Day Timeline:
Location: 6500 Magazine Street (Audubon Park---Pavillion Number 10)
0630: Registration Opens
0745: Pre Race Concert by the United States Marine Corps Band
0815: Tulane Color Guard/National Anthem/Pre Race Ceremony
0830: Race Begins
0945: Awards Ceremony and Post Race Concert By the Natural Light All Stars

GORUCK RUCKING DIVISION
Travis Manion Foundation is proud to partner with GORUCK again in 2026, bringing rucking divisions to every 9/11 Heroes Run. Rucking is a sport grounded in Special Forces Training in which participants carry weighted rucksacks.
