The 9/11 Heroes Run unites communities to honor the heroes of 9/11 and the service members who stepped up in the wars that followed. Join your community in fulfilling the promise we made over 20 years ago to never forget.

- Will have a red tent ready to check you in!

- Saturday September 6th from 1500 - 1900 (3pm - 6pm)
- Jansen Dance Project / St. James United Methodist Church, Building 3 (North Tampa)
- You will need to drive past/around the church. Look for a red tent outside building 3.

Parking:

Parking is available at the lot behind Park Square, but not fit all vehicles based on the number of participants.

Additional parking is available at The Chapel at FIshhawk, thanks to their kindness for allowing this!
Race Course:

The course is an out and back starting from Park Square down Osprey Ridge Dr and back with a turn around for the 1 Mile and 5K marked clearly. Water will be available at both the 1 Mile and 5K turn arounds. The road will be shut down from the feeder roads during the race thanks to the support of the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department.

Ainsley’s Angels Racers will line up in the front and be given a couple minutes ahead of 5k start a couple minutes post. This consideration will allow these racers to get out unimpeded for a safer race for all.

All 5K racers should line up behind Ainsley's Angels to start a few minutes post.

1 Mile Remembrance Participants should line up behind the 5k as the out and back course will require a turnaround and this will help ensure 1 Mile and 5k participants are not impeded by each other.

GORUCK RUCKING DIVISION
Travis Manion Foundation is proud to partner with GORUCK again in 2025, bringing rucking divisions to every 9/11 Heroes Run. Rucking is a sport grounded in Special Forces Training in which participants carry weighted rucksacks. All participants registered for the GORUCK division will receive this year's exclusive TMF GORUCK patch. Please read the rules and requirements carefully. Anthony Muhlstadt
Anthony was born on June 26, 1998. He was a sweet, creative, protective, loving little boy. In the second grade, he wrote a paper that said, "When I grow up I want to fight for my country and defend the America." Anthony was a true patriot and protector. He was brave, resourceful, determined, motivated, fearless, and kind hearted. Anthony loved painting, was an avid reader of everything military, loved cooking and was actually pretty good at it! He enjoyed running, working out and nutrition.
Anthony joined the Marine Corps and shipped out to boot camp on his 18th birthday. Anthony served as a machine gunner and vehicle commander while serving with 1st Battalion, 7th Marines while stationed at Twentynine Palms, CA, at the time of his passing. He served over four years with three deployments. Anthony passed away on November 19, 2021. As tribute for his dedicated service, Anthony was posthumously promoted to Sergeant. He was well respected and loved by his peers, junior Marines, friends and family. He is missed and loved every single
