Serve alongside volunteers for Earth Month Service Projects, one of six national service initiatives carried out by TMF veterans, families of the fallen, and inspired civilians across the country. These projects will focus on showcasing community, sustainability, and shared purpose, all in the name of a fallen hero.
Join Travis Manion Foundation and local volunteers for an Operation Legacy service project at USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park as we come together to honor those who have served our nation.
Volunteers will assist in cleaning and preserving several monuments and historic aircraft throughout the park. These memorials stand as lasting tributes to the service and sacrifice of our nation’s military, and this project helps ensure they remain well maintained and respectfully preserved for future generations.
Through this effort, volunteers will support the park’s mission while honoring the legacy of those who served. Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to work outdoors.
Together, we will serve our community while preserving the history and sacrifice represented throughout USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park.
This project will honor the life and legacy of SO2 Marc Lee, USN.
