Join Travis Manion Foundation as we kick off Independence Weekend with a morning dedicated to honoring service, sacrifice, and community action.
The morning will begin with a private flag-raising and flag-folding ceremony led by the Port Authority Police Department and the Travis Manion Foundation's New York City Chapter.
This solemn tribute honors the 37 Port Authority Police Officers who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.
Following the ceremony, volunteers will place American flags on all 2,983 names engraved at the 9/11 Memorial; a powerful, visible tribute to every life lost.
