Cleveland, OH - MLK Day of Service Ruck

Join Travis Manion Foundation and the Cleveland Chapter for a Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service Ruck in support of the Cleveland Animal Protective League (APL).

Participants will complete a 2-mile round-trip ruck, carrying donated supplies in their rucks or backpacks to the APL and delivering them directly to support animals in need. This is a great way to honor Dr. King's legacy of service while making a tangible impact in your community.

Please arrive at 9:00 a.m. The ruck will kick off at 9:15 a.m.

Donation items to include in your ruck sack or backpack:

  • Cat food (especially wet food)

  • Dog food (dry and canned)

  • Dog Treats

  • Cat/dog toys

  • Teaser Balls by Jolly Pets

  • Large and X-Large Kong Dog Toys

  • Large and X-Large Nylabones

  • Kong wubba

  • Kong AirDog™ squeaker toys for our dog play yard

  • Extreme Kong Dog Toys

 

All fitness levels are welcome. Come ready to ruck, serve, and make a difference for animals in our community!
