Join us to honor the legacy of Medal of Honor recipient Sgt John Chapman at "Operation Santa," a family-friendly 5K ruck, walk, and run hosted by Travis Manion Foundation. This special event is a time for remembrance, community, and giving back during the holiday season.
Each participant will receive a festive Santa hat, and Santa himself will be there for photos with the kids! We’re honored to have Ben Miller, a retired Air Force Combat Controller from Doylestown who served alongside John Chapman, join us to share reflections on John’s courage and dedication.
We kindly ask all participants to bring an unwrapped toy suitable for children under five, which we’ll donate to the Community Women's Center. This organization provides crucial support, education, and resources to women navigating crisis pregnancies and assists them through their child’s early years.
Together, let’s celebrate the spirit of giving, honor an extraordinary hero, and extend a hand to local families in need this holiday season.
This project will honor the life and legacy of Sgt John A. Chapman, USAF.

Be Part of the Solution to Veteran Suicide
Since September 11, 2001, more than four times as many service members and veterans have died by suicide than were killed in combat. Today, you can keep the men and women who have worn our country’s uniform from becoming a statistic. Your gift provides a post-service lifeline before they ever reach a crisis point.
When you give during Suicide Prevention Month, you’ll make double the impact thanks to a generous match of $30,000 from TIFF Investment Management.
