Join Connecticut-area Spartans for the annual beautification project at the Trees of Honor Memorial in Middletown, Connecticut. Our group will help ensure the park is ready for Memorial Day events, including adding mulch to tree beds and waxing memorial statutes.
Wear clothes you wouldn't mind getting dirty and bring gloves if you have them; if you have shovels, rakes, or a wheelbarrow that you wouldn't mind bringing along to use, that's very helpful. We'll have granola bars and bottled water on hand.
This project will honor the lives and legacies of all Fallen Heroes from Connecticut.
All volunteers are expected to adhere to local and federal COVID safety precautions.

Be Part of the Solution to Veteran Suicide
Since September 11, 2001, more than four times as many service members and veterans have died by suicide than were killed in combat. Today, you can keep the men and women who have worn our country’s uniform from becoming a statistic. Your gift provides a post-service lifeline before they ever reach a crisis point.
When you give during Suicide Prevention Month, you’ll make double the impact thanks to a generous match of $30,000 from TIFF Investment Management.
