Medal of Honor Grove Beautification

Join Travis Manion Foundation and local volunteers at the Medal of Honor Grove on the Founding Forward Valley Forge Campus.

This peaceful 52-acre site is one of the oldest living memorials in the country, honoring Medal of Honor recipients from every state and territory. Volunteers will work together to preserve and enhance this sacred space by cleaning memorial areas, mulching, and planting flowers to ensure the Grove remains a place of honor, remembrance, and inspiration for all who visit.

Through this project, we will support the mission of preserving the Grove’s natural beauty while honoring the courage and sacrifice of our nation’s heroes. Together, we will help create an enduring tribute that educates and inspires future generations.

The event will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the campus chapel with the Pledge of Allegiance and remarks from the Friends of the Medal of Honor Grove. Volunteers are welcome to arrive and depart at any time between 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Please wear comfortable clothing, closed-toed shoes, and be prepared to work outdoors.

This project will honor the life and legacy of 1stLT Travis Manion, USMC.
