Join Travis Manion Foundation and local Spartans for a meaningful and impactful community ruck as we honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by supporting the Daily Bread Food Pantry in Putnam, CT.
We’ll meet at the Hale YMCA under the Teach Peace Mural at 8:45 a.m. and set off on a 2-mile walk to the food pantry, located at 51 Grove Street. Bring your backpack or rucksack filled with non-perishable food items or essentials to donate.
This is a great opportunity to give back while connecting with others in the community. Together, we’ll deliver our donations and make a difference for those in need.

Be Part of the Solution to Veteran Suicide
Since September 11, 2001, more than four times as many service members and veterans have died by suicide than were killed in combat. Today, you can keep the men and women who have worn our country’s uniform from becoming a statistic. Your gift provides a post-service lifeline before they ever reach a crisis point.
When you give during Suicide Prevention Month, you’ll make double the impact thanks to a generous match of $30,000 from TIFF Investment Management.
