He was a friend to many people. He was a Veteran. He served two tours of duty in Iraq. He was a Chicago Police Officer but more than anything, Tommy was just a good person. He was a protector. He was a person who literally spent his whole life working to become a public servant. That's who he was. He wanted to do good things in the world and make his city a better place, make the world a better place.
