Character Strength Story:

Leadership - My dad's supervisor, LTC(R) Kyle Warren, once said my dad was "the soldier you wanted to lead and the soldier you wanted to follow." I think this perfectly describes my dad and, from what I know about him, this is exactly how he would like to be remembered. This shows that my dad was both committed to respecting his obligation to his unit's leadership and was highly engaged in motivating and leading others.
