PVT Emiliano Alzona enlisted in the US Army, Philippine Division at the age of 20 and died at 21. He served in the Philippine Scouts field artillery unit. PVT Alzona survived the Bataan Death march to Camp O'Donnel, Luzon, Philippines and then died one month after arrival at the hands of the Japanese soldiers. His awards are: POW medal, Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, Distinguished Unit Citation, Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal and WWII Victory medal
