Travis Manion Foundation Named One of the Best Nonprofits to Work For in 2025, Ranked #10 in the Nation
Travis Manion Foundation (TMF), one of the nation’s leading veteran service organizations, has once again been recognized among the Best Nonprofits to Work For by The NonProfit Times, ranking #10 overall on the 2025 list. These rankings are based on a comprehensive assessment of organizations’ workplace culture, policies, and employee satisfaction as evaluated via a survey.
This year’s rankings, #10 overall and #4 in the medium-sized nonprofit category, mark the organization’s strongest performance since first ranking on the Best Nonprofits to Work For list in 2019.
TMF is the highest-ranked veteran service organization (VSO) on the list, underscoring the organization’s ongoing commitment to building a strong team driven by a shared passion for serving veterans and families of the fallen.
This honor is a reflection of TMF employees’ engagement with the work they do. Staff members consistently report feeling deeply connected to TMF’s mission, values, and impact.
“This recognition ultimately benefits the people we serve—our Spartans,” said Josh Jabin, Chief Operating Officer at Travis Manion Foundation. “When our team feels supported, inspired, and trusted, our community thrives. Delivering transformational programs depends on a team that’s all-in—and that starts with building a workplace culture that reflects our values.”
For TMF Spartans—veterans, families of the fallen, first responders, and community leaders—this recognition is a signal that TMF will continue to be a place where integrity, resilience, and service guide every action—from behind-the-scenes operations to front-line programming.
