What character strength do you value the most and why? 
The character strength I value most is honesty. For me, honesty goes beyond simply telling the truth. It is about being authentic in everything I choose to commit to. Because I show up honestly, I am fully bought in, deeply engaged, and able to give 100 percent of myself to whatever I do, whether it is relationships, work, hobbies, or any other part of life.

How do your top character strengths support your work at TMF? 
Honesty allows me to authentically turn my passion for serving the military community into purpose by helping build partnerships that support veterans, youth, and inspired civilians in our communities as they discover their purpose, capabilities, and potential. This authenticity also fosters trust and meaningful relationships with organizations that want their investment to create real impact. Gratitude keeps me resilient, helping me find purpose even in challenges and motivating me to pour what I learn into others. Together, these strengths enable me to build strong partnerships and expand opportunities for veterans to develop character in future generations.

What do you enjoy most about working with veterans, survivors, and inspired civilians?
Because I come from a proud military family, I have seen firsthand the sacrifices our service members make every day to excel in their roles and keep our country safe. I feel deeply grateful to benefit from their dedication, so it is an honor to be part of an organization that supports those who have served. I have also seen that veterans often represent the best of our country, and I love that the Travis Manion Foundation provides a way for them to develop that same character in future generations, ensuring these values continue to inspire and strengthen our communities.
