Tracy joined the military after high school. He loved playing basketball and was known as the quickest kid around. He served 26 years in the military and died on his second deployment. His first deployment was in 2003 and he left two weeks after his daughter was born. He has seven siblings, he and his wife were married 20 years. They met in Junior High. He was known around the dance studio as the "dance dad". He liked to sing and dance in the car. He also taught his daughter how to play the air guitar. He was such a hard worker and supported his children and wife in all they did. His favorite place besides being with his family was Disneyland.
