Brent, his twin brother Brian and older brother Bob were blended together with five other siblings upon the marriage of his mom to Bill, which made for an interesting and active childhood and teen years. He was always an outdoorsman heavily involved with hunting and fishing but also had time for football, baseball, and his greatest love and commitment, wrestling. He loved people, especially children, pets, and family. Upon High School graduation, Brent floundered to find his niche until he discovered the USMC. He went to basic training having signed for the Reserves and returned home prepared to serve at the Marines calling. He went to school for Corrections, graduated, and was assigned to the facility in New Lisbon Wisconsin. He served as a prison guard for 4 months before the Marine Corps called for a unit deployment in Iraq. He arrived in the country in September 2004 and was KIA in December 2004.
