THRIVE: TMF'S MENTAL HEALTH AND WELL-BEING COURSE


Our Mental Health & Well-Being course - THRIVE - is an essential tool to help volunteer leaders identify unmet mental health needs in others prior to a crisis occurring. The course will address how to recognize warning signs, risk factors, and direct veterans and military families to high-quality, no-cost clinical mental health care. Content will cover the full spectrum of mental health and offer intentional activities to improve quality of life from any starting point in the lives of veterans and family members of fallen heroes.

SPARTAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER


Our online center for mental health resources and volunteer training, the Spartan Development Center sponsored by Johnson & Johnson, offers 24-hour access to personal development tools to help achieve thriving as well as training to serve as a youth mentor with TMF. Within the portal, you’ll find e-courses, relevant information about how to lead in your community, and education to help you create meaningful change.
