Volunteer Impact on a Local Level
TMF Chapters are volunteer-led groups that bring Spartan members together within a shared geographic area to advance TMF's mission. Through service projects, youth mentorship, athletic events, and community engagement, Chapters offer opportunities for veterans, families of the fallen, and inspired civilians to help spread the "If Not Me, Then Who..." movement. Together, these efforts strengthen communities, foster meaningful connections, and inspire character and leadership in future generations.
Bringing Volunteers Together
Each TMF Chapter is led by local volunteer leaders who help execute TMF programs and initiatives within their communities. Service Platoons carry out the service function, working alongside local Character Does Matter (CDM) Mentors, and athletic event organizers to bring their communities together through service and engagement. TMF Chapters are built on a collaborative leadership model that emphasizes teamwork, shared responsibility, and local impact. Rather than a traditional top-down structure, Chapters operate like a leadership roundtable where volunteer leaders work together to support their communities.
