Travis Manion Foundation President Ryan Manion joins Fox News' "America Reports" on Veterans Day to discuss how our nation's heroes can continue their tradition of service after taking off the uniform. Through its landmark program, Character Does Matter, TMF trains and empowers veterans to serve as mentors to youth by connecting them with schools and community organizations to develop character in future generations.

1stLT Travis Manion and LT (SEAL) Brendan Looney were roommates at the U.S. Naval Academy and grew to become brothers long before either served on active duty. Shortly after graduating, both men gave their lives in service to this country, one as a Marine in Iraq and the other as a Navy SEAL in Afghanistan. Fox NFL Sunday pays tribute to these American heroes and the legacies they left behind.

Dwayne Johnson and Under Armour has unveiled the latest addition to the Project Rock x UA Freedom Collection, which is bringing awareness to the work of Travis Manion Foundation. With the support of Under Armour and their UA Freedom initiative, Travis Manion Foundation empowers veterans and families of fallen military members to develop and mentor the next generation of leaders through TMF’s Character Does Matter Program. 

Dwayne Johnson and Under Armour have unveiled the latest addition to the Project Rock x UA Freedom Collection, which is bringing awareness to the work of Travis Manion Foundation. 

The annual race will activate communities from around the world to honor the sacrifices of our Naval Special Warfare service members and veterans, and to support the families of our fallen heroes. This race series bring communities together to celebrate the lives of America’s fallen and to express our deep gratitude to those still serving.

One of the nation’s leading veteran service organizations, Travis Manion Foundation, has collaborated with Western Washington University (WGU) in their work to provide financial aid towards education for service members, veterans, and their families, which will be known as the “Honoring our Heroes Scholarship.” 

On the 20th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, TMF President Ryan Manion joined CNN New Day to talk about the importance of honoring those who lost their lives that day and in the wars since.

Travis Manion Foundation and Audacy Philadelphia, collaborated on an Operation Legacy Service Project to show support for Gold Star Wife Jessica Byrd. Jessica’s husband, Marine Lance Corporal John T. Byrd, was killed by a suicide bomber in Iraq in 2004, while Jessica was pregnant with their son Elijah. Jessica has since turned this tragedy into a life of service, as her way to carry on the legacy of her late husband.

Tim Sullivan was a Firefighter in NYC on 9/11, and he shared his personal experience from that fateful day, as well as the chance encounter he had years later with a young Marine named Travis Manion during his visit to Rescue 1 Fire Company.

Just ahead of the 20th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, TMF President was a guest on Fox News Your World with Neil Cavuto to discuss the importance of honoring the sacrifices of September 11th, 2001.
