The mission of Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) is to honor and empower wounded warriors. WWP connects injured veterans and their families to valuable resources and one another, serves them through a variety of free programs and services, and empowers them to live life on their own terms. The challenges this generation of wounded service members and veterans face are many, and WWP cannot solve them alone. Through our collaborative efforts with communities, partner organizations, direct service providers, and grant recipients, we recognize the value that comes with working with others to harness their subject matter expertise, reach a greater number of service members, veterans, and families, and provide a comprehensive network of support.

The Sheriff Family Foundation strongly supports those that have served and sacrificed for our country through military service as well as their families. To put this support into action, they established the Sheriff Family Veteran Leadership Endowment to enable TMF to improve existing training and develop new training in support of Veterans and Families of the Fallen. This training will also prepare Veterans to deliver TMF’s Character Does Matter program to pass on the character and leadership learned during military service to the next generation.

The USAA Foundation, Inc. (“the Foundation”) strives to positively impact the lives of servicemembers, veterans, and their families by supporting organizations that align with the signature cause of military family resiliency, like Travis Manion Foundation. Milbank Foundation for Rehabilitation generously supports Travis Manion Foundation’s initiatives of empowering Veterans in their transition from military to civilian careers. The Milbank Foundation was founded to support the Jeremiah Milbank’s vision of integrating people with disabilities into all aspects of American life. Milbank Foundation for Rehabilitation awarded Travis Manion Foundation a grant to support a holistic approach to Veteran transition.

RTI partners with TMF's Character Does Matter program in the SouthEast. Participation in the program provides an opportunity for RTI’s military veterans to “pay it forward” and to serve approximately 10 hours per year sharing a message of courage, integrity, leadership and service with young adults.

The Green Family Foundation is dedicated to cultivating and investing in innovative and impactful solutions that foster inclusive and interconnected communities. Based on this commitment, The Green Family Foundation supports Travis Manion Foundation's Annual Spartan Leadership Summit, which unites our Spartan community over the course of one week as they learn how to improve their well-being, increase resilience, and form community connectedness for long-term thriving.

Justamere Foundation is an organization committed to empowering youth through education and supporting programs to end generational poverty. Justamere Foundation’s generous investment in TMF's Character Does Matter program enables TMF’s Veteran Mentors to empower youth in Chester County, PA to harness their strengths and make a lasting impact on their community. By championing the Character Does Matter program, Justamere Foundation also supports the seamless transition of our veterans from service to civilian life.

The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation, one of the largest private charitable foundations in the United States, provides approximately $100 million in annual grants to nonprofits that provide direct services to low-income and vulnerable individuals and families, primarily in the United States and Israel. Grants are focused on meeting basic needs and enhancing an individual’s ability to meet those needs with emphasis on older adults, the Jewish community, and the Foundation’s priority communities of Maryland, Northeastern Pennsylvania, Hawaii, Chicago, New York City, San Francisco, rural communities in the United States, and the State of Israel. The trustees, some of whom also serve as executive officers of the Foundation, are Chair Robert T. Kelly, Jr., Donn Weinberg, Alvin Awaya, Fay Hartog-Levin, and Paula B. Pretlow. Penn Medicine – comprised of the University of Pennsylvania Health System and Penn’s Perelman School of Medicine -- employs a number of programs designed to address the needs of veterans both medically and personally, as well as a suite of programs to strengthen our workforce by recruiting the unique talents, leadership, and loyalty of both veterans and those who continue to serve in the Guard and Reserve forces. Penn Medicine proudly supports Travis Manion Foundation’s Annual 9/11 Heroes Runs, which take place every Fall and unite communities to honor the sacrifices of the heroes of September 11, 2001 and the wars fought since.
The legacy of Army Major John Pryor, MD, has been honored multiple times through Travis Manion Foundation's “Operation Legacy” program. Major Pryor was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom when he died on December 25, 2008, in Mosul, Iraq, and he received the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. At Penn Medicine, he was a fiercely dedicated surgeon and mentor and a beloved colleague, serving as a professor in the Perelman School of Medicine and Trauma Program Director at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Following 47 years’ service to America preserving freedom around the world, the USS Midway Museum opened in 2004 and has become the most-visited naval ship museum in the world. It hosts 1.4 million visitors, 275 private events, and 400 active-duty military ceremonies annually in the spirit of preserving the legacy of those who serve and inspiring future generations about service to country and community. The USS Midway partners with Travis Manion Foundation through their Character Does Matter (CDM) Program which helps establish a national identity built on character, leadership, and service, channeling the profound value that our military community brings to youth.

VetsAid is a national nonprofit organization and music festival that raises awareness and funds for reputable veteran service organizations across the nation. Founded by Gold Star family member Joe Walsh of the Eagles, VetsAid supports veterans-based charities with a proven track record of caring for veterans and their families, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Travis Manion Foundation is grateful for the support of VetsAid as we empower Ohio veterans and families of the fallen to develop character in future generations.
