ABOUT MASS DEPLOYMENT
After nearly a decade of successful Mass Deployment events in cities including Detroit, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Baltimore, Houston, and Chicago, Mass Deployment will continue through Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) for its 10th year. Veterans, families of the fallen, and inspired civilian volunteers will converge on Philadelphia in June 2026 to execute high-impact projects throughout the city—bringing community members together to serve and create impact. This multi-day service event will mobilize more than 300 volunteers in honor of America’s 250th anniversary celebration.
2026 MASS DEPLOYMENT DETAILS
Mass Deployment will take place June 7-11 in Philadelphia, PA, with service projects on June 8, 9 and 10.
Participants will be selected through an application process starting in January 2026. Applications are open to all, but selection priority will be given to veterans, families of the fallen, and volunteer leaders.
WHY PHILADELPHIA?
TMF’s namesake, 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, called Philadelphia home for much of his life, and it’s where the movement he created with five simple words was born: “If Not Me, Then Who...”
With service projects based in Old City, Mass Deployment will play a role in celebrating the 250th anniversary of our nation’s founding in its historic birthplace. Over the course of three days, volunteers will work to beautify and revitalize parks and community spaces in the City of Brotherly Love.
Applications for Mass Deployment are now open. Please click here to apply. Applications will close on January 30, 2026.
Volunteers local to the Philadelphia area may apply for selection or register to participate in individual project days as part of Mass Deployment. Registration for individual service days will be limited.
