Meet Our Partners

Our team looks forward to working together to achieve your organization’s goals while aligning our brand and mission.
Partner Spotlight
Starbucks
In addition to being one of our nation’s most beloved caffeine suppliers, Starbucks has long recognized the importance of committing to serve those who serve. TMF was named one of two national partners in Starbucks’ 2023 Veterans Day campaign, which highlighted the work of TMF and how our organization honors the service of veterans and invests in their futures.
TMF volunteers and leaders began building relationships with Starbucks stores and partners at the grassroots level. It started with employees and company representatives volunteering at local TMF events, and eventually led to a nomination for TMF to become part of the Starbucks Foundation Neighborhood Grants Program. TMF joined Starbucks at Fort Liberty in North Carolina for the opening of the first Starbucks Franchise Military Family Store in the country on a military installation. TMF is grateful for the continued growth of our partnership with Starbucks and looks forward to building relationships with the Starbucks community.

National Guard Bureau
Travis Manion Foundation is grateful for the National Guard Bureau's partnership, which brings programs and volunteer opportunities to service members and their families across the nation.
In Spring 2024, volunteer leaders and Veteran Mentors from TMF's Hartford, CT Chapter gathered to lead character and leadership programming and panel discussions for Army ROTC Cadets, focused on mentorship and Women's History Month. Members of the 192nd Military Police Battalion gathered to complete the Manion WOD together, ending the day by honoring our fallen heroes.

A. James & Alice B. Clark Foundation
TMF is honored to recognize the A. James & Alice B. Clark Foundation for its invaluable grant contribution to the Character Does Matter (CDM) program. This program provides training and opportunities for veterans and families of the fallen to serve as Mentors, developing character and leadership in young adults. The Clark Foundation’s support helps TMF connect trained CDM Mentors with youth across the country, engaging with them and demonstrating what it means to live the ‘If Not Me, Then Who...’ ethos – then challenging students to do the same
Through TMF Youth Clubs at their schools, these students learn to lean into their strengths and lead service projects in their community to honor fallen heroes. Josh, a teen in Texas, recently reflected on his experience with CDM: “Being part of TMF helped me cultivate more integrity and character in my everyday life. Having a Mentor was critical for my personal development and taught me so much about true leadership. I can live ‘If Not Me, Then Who...’ through small acts of leadership. I can step up and be a leader and example for others, even in simple ways such as answering questions in class.”

“Working with partners who truly share our commitment to the military and veteran community allows us to continue to expand our impact and encourage more of our nation’s veterans to become agents of change.”
- Ryan Manion, CEO of Travis Manion Foundation
