Through its landmark program, Character Does Matter, TMF trains and empowers veterans to serve as mentors to youth by connecting them with schools and community organizations to develop character in future generations.

1stLT Travis Manion and LT (SEAL) Brendan Looney were roommates at the U.S. Naval Academy and grew to become brothers long before either served on active duty. Shortly after graduating, both men gave their lives in service to this country, one as a Marine in Iraq and the other as a Navy SEAL in Afghanistan. Fox NFL Sunday pays tribute to these American heroes and the legacies they left behind.
